I started working corporate at 18 years old as an accounting clerk that would help assist the accounting, broker & logistics department. Overtime the CEO would task me with many projects and responsibilities to make his workload easier. Since then I worked in many industry's supporting executives and operational units. Industry's like Exports/imports, Construction(roofing, renovations, flooring, plumping i.e.) Accounting firms, realty and so on.
Within the 10 years of my work experience I developed administration, sales, accounting/payroll, operations, critical thinking & management skills. With all the success and knowledge I have achieved and continue to reach greater heights, I am now offering my skills and competencies to improve countless business's.

Richard J. Hall III, known as “RJ,” is a luxury retail professional and creative entrepreneur with over 12 years of experience. As Salesman, RJ has built and managed a $1.2 million client book since 2015, driven by his exceptional service and understanding of client needs.
Over the years, RJ has evolved into a Wardrobe Stylist and Personal Shopper, collaborating with brands and clients worldwide. His creative journey began in 2011-2012 with the launch of his first clothing brand, managing his first event, and a celebrity campaign and photoshoot.
RJ’s portfolio includes collaborations with brands such as Kith, Aimé Leon Dore, Cnnctd, ALIFE, The City of Gods, Bad Boy, and 10 Summers. Through these partnerships, he has worked with high profile clients, including NBA and NFL athletes, artists, actors, and other well known figures. RJ is a master at his craft and is dedicated to creating a luxurious experience in every aspect of life.

Blending personal branding and self-care, she not only ensures you look good but also feel good from the inside out.
As a brand herself, Styles' creativity unfolds from NYFW collaborations to curating captivating pop-ups and delivering inspirational talks at conferences, transforming audiences with style stories and valuable insights of self-care.
Evolving from a seasoned stylist to a creative advisor; Styles now host the new Fashion Now with Styles Lewis series on YouTube introducing fashion shows BTS and after the show talks with the designer.
